JKBOSE Re-evaluation & Photocopy Notification 2026 (Winter Zone)
The Jammu & Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has officially issued an important notification regarding re-evaluation and photocopy of answer scripts for students who appeared in the Annual Regular Examination 2025 of Class 10th and Class 12th (Higher Secondary Part-II) under the Winter Zone (Jammu Division). This notification is highly important for students who are not satisfied with their marks and want transparency in the evaluation process.

Notification Overview
According to the JKBOSE notification, all eligible candidates who appeared in the Secondary School Examination (Class 10th) and Higher Secondary Part-II (Class 12th) during the Oct–Nov 2025 Winter Zone session can apply online for:
- Photocopy of their answer scripts
- Re-evaluation of their answer scripts
The entire process is conducted online only through the official website of JKBOSE: www.jkbose.jk.gov.in.
Eligible Candidates
The facility of photocopy and re-evaluation is available only for those candidates who:
- Appeared in JKBOSE Class 10th or Class 12th Annual Regular Examination 2025
- Belong to Winter Zone (Jammu Division)
- Have not been disqualified or whose examination has not been cancelled

Fee Structure
JKBOSE has clearly mentioned the fee details for both services:

The fee must be paid through online mode only using Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, or Net Banking.
How to Apply Online
Students can follow the steps below to apply for JKBOSE re-evaluation or photocopy:
- Visit the official JKBOSE website: www.jkbose.jk.gov.in
- Click on the relevant notification link
- Enter required details such as Roll Number and Registration Number
- Select the subject(s) for photocopy or re-evaluation
- Pay the required fee online
- Submit the form and keep a printout for future reference
Important Instructions
- Photostat copies of answer scripts will be uploaded on the JKBOSE website in a phased manner.
- Students must collect photocopies strictly as per the schedule notified by JKBOSE.
- No student should visit the JKBOSE office without following the official schedule.
