Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification (Crucial Cut-off: 03.11.2026)
• Class-IV (MTS): Minimum Matric (10th) and Maximum 10+2.
• Sanitation Worker: Minimum 8th Pass and Maximum 10+2.
• Note: Candidates possessing qualifications higher than 10+2 are NOT eligible.
2. Domicile Requirement
The candidate must be a Domicile of the UT of Jammu & Kashmir and possess a valid Domicile Certificate issued on or before 03.11.2026.
